We constantly strive to meet or exceed our customer's expectations with each and every job. Still, in the real world where real things can go real bad, it is necessary to have a good policy in place to follow when they do. And the more informed you are beforehand the better we both will be should things go south. Please take the time to read the following policies carefully before placing your order.
- All designs, screens and digitized files created or recreated in shop are the property of Convenient Graphics until purchased by the customer.
- Normal production length for most jobs is 7-15 business days.
- Any rush orders may be subject to a fee.
- All design work must be approved by customer in writing (e-mail or otherwise) prior to production.
- Convenient Graphics will not be held liable for any damaged products or materials subsequent to purchase.
